1. Installation:

First Window:
This installation program will install Schedule Wizzard Standart Edition
Press "Next"

Next window:
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Press "Next"

Next window:
Select Destination Directory
If you do not want to change something
Press "Next"

Next window:
Ready to Install
Press "Next"

Installation begins

Next window:
Installation Complete
Press "Finish

2. Use programs only with your keyboard:
That you need to know, because if you create a script, you must tell Schedule Wizzard what keys it shall send to the program.
If you already know these things, you can continue at the program description. If you do not know, i will explain now.
Run WordPad (the text program from Win98). Now look to the Menue Bar

. You will see, that there is always one letter underlined. This is the important letter. For opening of a menue, you need to press the key "Alt" and while you keep it down, you need to press that key which is underlined too. To select a point of that menue, you can use now the "arrrow down" key, and if you have select the right point, press "Enter". But there is still an other way. In each point of the menue, there is an underlined letter too. If the menue is open, you must press only the key of the underlined letter. At some menue points you see at the right side keycodes. That means, you can use them direct, without to open first the menue. For example: "Strg+C", so you must press the keys "Strg" and "C". To close a window, press the keys "Alt" and "F4".

3.Program description:
If you run the "Schedule Wizard" first time, you will see a small window before the window of Schedule Wizard "Example-Daily Backup-Incremental is due to to run. Run it now?

. Press "No".
Then opens some other small windows.

. That's all example messages, so you can close them all. Now i recommend to delete all example Tasks. Select the Tab "All by Date", click with your right mouse into a Task and select "Delete"

. Continue till all Tasks are deletet.
Now i will descripe to create a Task, you can download the marked messages with the program Forte Agent. Because there are many different ways to go with Forte Agent online, so may be you will not need all points, or you need to add some points.
Press the button "New" in the left lower corner of Schedule Tasks window

. Now you see a new task window, and the tab "Task Basic" is selected. Select "Start Program" of "Select the basic type of task to perform". With the dropdown menue below "Category", select "General". In the field below "Description" you can fill in some text you want, for example "Agent Messages download". Now the window looks like that:

Now select the Tab "Start Program" and press the button "Scripting"

. A new windows opens, "press" the button "New"

. Again a new windows opens, and in this window select "Start Program" at the left side. Now press the button "Browse" at the right upper corner of the window. In the new window, which is open now, select the drive, where your Agent is installed, with the dropdown menue in the middle of the bottom of the window. In the middle of the window, you can search for the folder of Agent. To navigate through the folder, you need to make a double click on the folder in that window. If you have find the folder Agent, select in the left middle window "agent.exe". Now press "Ok". Now the window looks like

. In that window press "OK" too.
Now you see the "Scripting" window again, but now there is standing the first step of the of the script. To add the next step, press again the button "New". Now select left side "Wait". In the field "Wait seconds" type in 10. Please note, if Schedule Wizard starts Agent, it need some time that Agent is running, if you have some time not used your computer, your hard drive is in sleeping mode, it needs some time to wake up too. So Schedule Wizard have to wait. If you have a slow computer, it will be better you choose 15 seconds for waiting.
In the field below "Wait for window" you need to type in the correct name of the Agent window

. The name of the window from Agent, begins always with "Agent -", then follows the name of the just selected group. That can be always an other group, so you need to use an asterisk ("*"). So the correct name is "Agent -*" (Note: Between "Agent" and "-" is a space). Ok, type into the field "Agent -*". Now the window looks like

. Press "Ok".
Press again "New". Now you need the Key Code, so Agent will download the marked messages

. As you can see, there is no key code for direct use, so Schedule Wizzard must first open the menue "Online", the key code is "Alt+o", then it must send the key "m" (you need not make a different between "m" and "M") for "Get Marked Message Bodies". With the dropdown menue "Key Code" select the right key code (left dropdown menue "Alt" and right dropdown menue "o"). Now press the button "Append to keystrokes" at the right side of the dropdown menues

. That key code will open the menue of Agent, but remember, you need also the "m" for the selection. So click with your mouse into the field "Key(s) to press" and type in "m". Now the window looks like that

. Then press "OK".
If you have saved your password for "Dial Up" connection, so your Agent can go online direct now, you need not the next steps and you can continue with the last step. If you have not saved your password, and if you have configured your Agent in "User and System Profile" (Tab - Dial Up) "Prompt Before connection" activated

, you need following steps.
If Agent want to make a connection and want to dial up, you will see this window

. The name of the window is "Connect To".
Now we will add it to the script.
Press again "New". Select left side "Wait". Type in "5" in the field "Wait seconds" (if you have a slow computer, choose more seconds). In the field "Wait for window" type in "Connect To". Then press "OK".
Now there are two windows, the "Agent" window and the "Connect To" window. So you need to tell Schedule Wizard with which window he have to do something.
So press again "New". Left side in the window select "Set Focus". In the field "Focus on window" type in "Connect To". Then press "OK".
Because in the window "Connect To" the first field is selected, but the password is the third field, you have to select that. This you can make with the key "Tab". Two times "Tab" the third field is selected. That you need to add to the script.
So press again "New". Left side of the window select "Send Keys". With the right dropdown menue of "Key Code" select "TAB". Press the button "Append to keystrokes". Then press "OK".
This step make once more, because you need two time the tab.
Then press again "New". Left side of the window select "Send Keys". Now type into the field "Key(s) to press" your password. Then press "OK".
Now follows the last step. Press again "New". Left side of the window select "Send Keys". With the right dropdown menue of "Key Code" select "ENTER". Press the button "Append to keystrokes". Then press "OK".
If you have made all right, the window looks like that

Please note, the first line, there is standing the path of your Agent, so it can be different. In the line above "ENTER" where you see "HaHaHaHa", there must stand your password.
If it is all right, you can press the button "Close". If there is a mistake, select that step which is wrong and press the button "Edit". Then you can make changes.
Now select the tab "Scheduling"

. Here you can select how often and, or which days the task shall run. Please note, in the field "Start" on this window is standing the actual date. If you do not change and select a time, which is before the actual time, you will get an "Warning" message. I think it is clear, Schedule Wizard can not run a task in the past. Now you can press "OK".
Now you can make a Test. Start your Agent and mark one or two messages for retrieval. Close your Agent. Now press the button "Execute/Test" at the right lower corner of Schedule Wizard

. If there is all right, Agent gets the messages now automatic.
